Renter Responsibility
The renter assumes responsibility for proper installation, placement, supervision, and use of rented ADA cable ramps while the equipment is in the renter's possession. Weathers Entertainment Power LLC is not responsible for improper installation, injuries, or equipment damage resulting from improper use or installation, subject to applicable law and the terms of the rental agreement.
